FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
As a nonprofit arts organization, we are making an effort toward greater financial equity and accountability. We value transparency and want to make information regarding our funding and operation accessible. These are not just for our funders and donors, to know how we’re managing our resources, but for you, our artistic community. We believe that you, our artists and audiences, are stakeholder. We rely on your continued support to make our art-making possible.

commitment to a living wage and compensated labor
We are saying no to the wealth gap and racial wealth divide. Making art is a full-time endeavor, yet our industry often undercompensates artists and cultural workers. We recognize that we frequently rely on part-time labor, volunteers, or the generosity of our staff to donate time and effort. Economic justice demands that we pay our artists, staff, and collaborators a living wage for the work they do.
Our Initiatives include:
Increasing wages of all artists, staff, and collaborators
Building a QTBIPOC early-career artist cohort
Hiring a Festival Director to curate our renowned FURY Factory Festival
